Strength: Deadlift 5x5 (find a heavy 5rm)

DB Stiff legs, toes elevated on 5lb plates 3x10

Conditioning:

"Thrust this"

3 Rounds 30 Unbroken Thrusters (65/45) (Rx+ 75/55) 30 Unbroken Sumo Deadlift High Pulls Every time you break a set...STOP...and do 10 Burpees!

If you are using an EMPTY barbell, for the SDHP it DOES NOT need to touch the ground. Just bring it below the knee.

The goal is to do all of the sets unbroken, so choose the appropriate weight and rest as needed between sets in order to try and make that happen.

The OTHER goal is to do this as fast as possible!! Fight for those unbroken reps!
