Congrats to Tracie for being January's Athlete of the Month!

Congrats to Tracie for being January's Athlete of the Month! Tracie started her weight loss journey back in November of 2014. She has lost a total of 86lbs! Of those 86lbs, she has lost 37 of them since joining Max Effort FItness-CrossFit Drexel Hill back in September. When I first met Tracie she told me her goal was to lose a total of 100lbs. It's safe to say she is well on her way to meeting that goal! Tracie works hard day in and day out and her will and detrmination to be healthy is paying off!!!! Great job Tracie! Keep doing your thing girlfriend! Thank you for being a part of Max Effort!

How were you introduced to Max Effort Fitness?

It's in my neighborhood and I saw it while driving home. What is your proudest accomplishment since being a member at MEF?

Holding myself up in chin up position. Progressions here I come! What is your or biggest improvement since joining MEF?

My confidence. Since coming to MEF Ive been getting stronger and doing things I never thought I could do and it has improved my confidence more than I ever imagined.

What is your six month goal?

To have completed my first competition, stay consistent, get stronger and to keep dropping pounds.

Wall balls. Burpees suck too but not as much as wall balls. If you created a workout, what would it be? Deadlift

The people. Ive met such amazing people who inspire me. Everybody is so supportive and positive. And the coaches are amazing. Im still trying to figure out how I hate them for trying to kill me then love them afterwards.
