January Athlete of the Month

Congrats to Morgan McNichol for being Max Effort Fitness January Athlete of the Month!! Morgan has lost 22lbs since November by increasing her workouts to 5 days a week and consuming a healthy high protein diet and limiting her carbs to healthy ones. Hard work and determination pays off once again! Congrats Morgan! You look incredible!

How were you introduced to Max Effort Fitness?

What is your proudest accomplishment since being a member at MEF?

Actually showing up to class. I used to talk myself out of going to the gym and now I go almost everyday. Oh and being down 22 pounds!

What is your or biggest improvement since joining MEF?

My diet!

What is your six month goal?

What is your favorite exercise? Hang cleans

What is your least favorite exercise? Shoulder press because i feel like my arms are my weakest body part.

What is your Favorite cheat food? BREAD! I LOVE BREAD! And pizza and cheese fries What do you love most about Max Effort Fitness?

I especially love the people I work out with and the trainers! When I first started I was so out of shape and hadn't worked out in 2 years everyone kept pushing me and that was something I really needed. I've learned so much about myself being a part of max effort not just physically but mentally.
